So, did you make a New Year’s resolution?

That is probably the most common NYR. I, myself, did not make any resolutions. I’m horrible at long term goals. I’m horrible at short term goals. I don’t plan anything. That’s just me.

When I was doing Weight Watchers, Progresso soups were a staple in my pantry.  There are 40 different soup varieties with 100 calories or less per serving.  And most of the Progresso soups have the WW points value printed right on the can.  So it was easy for me to keep track of points….and they just taste good.  My personal favorite is the Italian Wedding Soup but there’s many other flavors including New England Clam Chowder, Chicken Noodle, Minestrone and Beef Pot Roast.
